with the Defence (Entry Restrictions) Regulations 1940. I am advised that there might be some doubt as to the

validity of proceeding under the former Regulation, and

the case of Mrs. Blair as hela yalid by the Court in Hong Kong appears to afford the best precedent for

procedure in present instance.
